Gimatex Industries hereinafter referred to by its brand name “Minus One” welcomes you to its website (http://www.minus1lifestyle.com/ ) and its applications and services available on its website or other platforms ( the “Site” and the “Services”). The products will encompass all bottom wear apparels ranging from men’s trousers, jeans, chinos, shorts & women’s trousers, jeans and shorts.

Your use of the Site and the Services shall be governed by these Terms of Use and by clicking on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. 

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”)  as well as the policies and procedures available on the Site or the Services, as amended from time to time, including our refund and cancellation policies (the “Policies”). The Privacy Policy and the Policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use (Collectively referred to as this “Agreement”). Minus One reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and the same shall be binding on you with immediate effect.

  • Use any Minus One domain name as a pseudonymous return e-mail address. 

 

  1. Data

You agree that we have the right to collect and analyse data and other information related to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Site and Services, and related systems (for example, anonymous and aggregated information concerning user behaviour and use of the Services), and we will be free (during and after the term hereof) to (i) use such information and data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules framed thereunder, to improve and enhance the Site Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Site and Services and other of our offerings, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with our business. 

  1. Return Policy:

All orders will be returnable up to 7 days after delivery. To raise a return request the customer must email our support team or raise a request from the form available on our website. After an interaction with the customer, our team will arrange a pickup for the goods and Rs. 150 will be deducted for every return transaction to cover our shipping costs for the same. The refund will be processed to the credit/debit card (for prepaid orders) or Minus one wallet (for COD orders) within 7-10 working days of receiving the product in our warehouse. 

  1. Replacements / Exchanges Policy:

For any size issues, colour issues or damaged products, we will be happy to arrange a free replacement. Customer should mail the support team or raise a request from the form available on the website. We will arrange a pickup for the ordered item, and upon receiving the first ordered item, we shall dispatch the replacement item within 3 working days.

  1. Referrals Policy:

We invite every person who makes a Minus One account to be an ambassador for the Minus One Movement. You get a unique referral code, which you can share with your friends. For every order placed with your referral coupon code, you get Rs. 500 credited to your Minus One wallet. At the same time, your friend who places an order with your code gets 15% off the final invoice value of their first order. 

  1. Shipping

Domestic Shipping

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within maximum 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of the confirmation of the placed order. Delivery of the shipment shall also be subject to the Courier Company or post office norms. Gimatex Industries is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum of 3-5 working days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of confirmation of the order. Delivery of all orders will take place at the registered address of the buyer as per the credit or debit card at all times unless specified otherwise at the time of placing the order. Gimatex Industries is in no way responsible for any damage caused to the order while in transit to the buyer. 

International Shipping

International shipping shall be chargeable. For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of confirmation of the order. Gimatex Industries does not take title for returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Gimatex Industries. In case of refund, store credit or coupon code will be provided for the refund amount. Once the process for dispatch of the order is carried out, cancellation will not be allowed.

We will be using a payment gateway called Razorpay, and all payments will be collected through their system or via COD www.razorpay.com

Minus One makes no representations as to the completeness or accuracy of the Site or Services and other information, advice or recommendations made available on this Site, nor does it make any representation of provide any warranty as to the quality or safety of any Services, or other third party products or services offered or made available via the Site. All features, content, specifications and prices of Products and Services described or depicted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The inclusion of any Product on this Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant availability of such products or services at all times.

Except as expressly provided herein, the Site and Services, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyrights, trademarks. patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property and proprietary rights ( collectively, “Intellectual Property Rights” ), and any unauthorised use of the same will violate such laws and the Agreement. All content included in or made available through any of the availed service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and data compilations is the property of Gimatex Industries Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and shall be protected and governed by laws of the land in India. In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service mark of Gimatex Industries or its affiliates or its content suppliers but you by availing the Site and its Services do not get any right for copying or using the same. Except as expressly provided herein, we do not grant any express or implied right to use the Services. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works based on, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, licence, sublicense or reverse engineer the Services, any portions thereof, or the selection and/or arrangement of the Site or the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minus One, its affiliates, officers, directors, partners, agents, and employees from and against any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees (collectively “Claims”), made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site and Services in violation of this Agreement, any breach of the representations and warranties you make in this Agreement, or your User Submissions. You agree to be solely responsible for defending ay Claims against or suffered by us, subject to our right to participate with counsel of our own choosing. 

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. You agree that, to the extent applicable and expressly subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions below, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gujarat, India and the courts of Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute between the parties.
