Domestic Shipping Policy: 

After you place an order on minus1lifestyle.com, our team kicks into action: 

1. Within 3-24 hours of receiving your order, it is allocated to a warehouse and packed for dispatched. 
2. Within 1-2 working days of order packing, registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post pick up the order for delivery to the final destination. 

Gimatex Industries Pvt. Ltd. (Minus One) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within maximum 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. We are not responsible for any damage to the product while in transit. 

Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges: 

In case you are not happy with your product, please raise a return or exchange request by emailing care@minus1lifestyle.com or text us on WhatsApp at +91 90234 71639 within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate your concern and if required, organize a reverse pick up of the product. Once the product is received by us back at our factory, we shall undertake an exhaustive QC to ensure it is received in original packaging and tagged, and is not damaged or used. Once satisfied, we shall issue your refund to the registered payment method. In case of COD refunds, we will send you a link to confirm bank account details and refund the amount directly to your bank account. In case of exchanges, we shall place a fresh order for the new and approved unit. 

International Shipping:


We currently do not offer International Shipping. Our team is working on it and we hope to launch it very soon. Thanks for your interest.
