Minus 1 return and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange item within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges are free of cost, but for returns, Rs. 150 will be deducted from your refund / wallet credit as courier charges.

In case of returns, please ensure product is unused, unwashed and returned in the original packaging. Kindly note 150/- rs reverse pick-up charges will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return the order.

Once the reverse pickup of your return is done and we receive the order back to our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. This process takes about 7-10 days in total from your home to our check. After the successful quality check we will initiate a refund/waller credit based on your payment method and it will take 7-10 working days post initiation of refund for you to receive the amount back to the original mode of payment.
When we receive an exchange request from your side our customer service agent will call you for confirmation of the same. After the original item is picked up by our courier partners, we will place a fresh order for you and you shall receive the same within 4-7 days of order placement

If the item you returned is used or not in original condition or not with the original packaging, we may deny your refund request . If return request is declined,the user shall not be eligible for refund and we will ship your original unit back to you. Once order is packed, it cannot be cancelled. Typically, we pack orders within 3-4 hours of receiving it. Hence, orders cannot be cancelled after 4 hours of placing the order.
No.Unfortunately we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/color) once an order is placed. However, after receiving the order, we are willing to provide you a free exchange in case you are still unhappy.
